Where is the shop based?
Cavite, Philippines
When will my items get shipped?
On the first and third week of the month. I will be using MyKartero as my courier.
Will you provide a tracking number? And how will I know if my order is confirmed?
I will send an order confirmation through email, including the order's tracking number.
🛒 MISCELLANEOUS
The shop is managed by the artist.
Please expect delays as I am currently attending school. General updates will be posted on my Twitter.
Cancellations and refunds will not be made once you check out the items.
Please think twice before ordering.
When opening the package, kindly take an unboxing video.
This will serve as evidence if the item was received by the customer and if it was damaged during shipping. STRICTLY NO UNBOXING VIDEO, NO REPLACEMENT.
